Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 8-15 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control. In the event of a delay, delivery may take up to 10-17 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Refund Eligibility During Shipping
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, refund requests cannot be accepted until the package has been delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligible refund circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Photo evidence is required for damaged item claims. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
